Sound into Silence Meditation
Every 1st Friday of the Month
6:30 - 7:30pm
by love donationOur hour long meditation session will begin with sacred sound (voice, Tibetan bowls, didjeridu, gong, etc . . .) and flow into a beautiful space of silent being and breathing. We will keep the meditation simple, based on Daoist meditation techniques, and will close the circle with a healing / blessing ceremony for our loved ones, our families, and all beings. Please bring a pillow to sit on if you are able, or use one of ours.
