Qigong is a practice for cultivating inner knowledge and for moving into a state of union with the universe. I teach Qigong from the Mt. Emei Wu (shamanic) lineage. This meditative practice includes mindful breathing, visualization, mudra (hand positions), gentle movement, and sound.
I aim to hold a supportive space in my Taiji and Qigong classes. Classes are relaxed, informal, yet focused times to cultivate together. These forms are a most beneficial medicine for the health and balance of our body, mind and spirit. True to my teacher, the classes are held in a traditional lineage Qi field. Practice, gentle repetition of the movements, sound, meditation and a bit of Daoist philosophy become the focus of our time together. Beginners are always welcome to drop in and try a class.
Men's Healing Qigong: Mondays 7-8:30pm
Connect with Earth, Heaven, and Humanity in this simple stretching form of Qigong.

Fire Dragon Qigong Class: Tuesdays 6-7:30pm
Fire Dragon Meredian Qigong is a powerful body/mind/spirit practice which connects us with the transformative symbolic energy of the Dragon, representing auspicious spiritual energy.
Practicing Fire Dragon Qigong is a way to transform stagnant Qi (energy) back into it’s flowing state and refine the spiritual body. This practice also expells pathogens from the meredian system.
Shamanic Orbit Qigong: Thursdays 6-7:30pm
Use sound (mantra) and movement to strengthen the inner river of healing energy within your body and connect with the Dao (Universal Way) of Life.
Through each of these forms, practitioners experience great benefit through cultivating a daily practice, as they connect more deeply with their inner self, the Universal Qi, and their place within Nature.
