In small classes of up to 4 students, you may expect slow, flowing movement and breath, work in the pose, and focused Self awareness.

Kristin teaches Classical Hatha technique, based on Patanjali's eight-fold path, and includes philosophy of the sages, pranayama, nada yoga, and essence and information from her current Shamanic Qigong practice. kristin

kristin's yoga experience: Over 15 years ago, my first yoga experience reminded me to listen in, re-enlivened my sense of Self, and helped to guide me on my way. And I am thankful to my teachers along the way, in particular, the influential Iyengar teachers, Gary and Donita, at Half pigeon poseMoon Studio in Crested Butte, CO and more recently the Yoga Shala of Portland for a three-year advanced training. Most of all, I am grateful to Source and the sages who brought through the deep and powerful experience of classical Hatha Yoga.

My yoga instruction of over 5 years includes gentle guidance based on my personal experience with Yoga and Sacred Sound, and also is infused with essence and information from my Qigong practice which I also currently study with my teachers Master Zhongxian Wu and my partner Ryan.
